Firehouse Subs is a U.S. based chain of fast casual restaurants founded in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida by former firefighter brothers Robin and Chris Sorensen. They have more than 1,170 locations in 46 states, Puerto Rico, and Ontario, Canada. In 2019, Newsweek named Firehouse Subs as the No. 1 fast casual restaurant in its list of America's Best Customer Service Brands. They compete directly with Subway, Togos, and Quiznos.

Their restaurants are inspired by firehouses and features donated firefighter gear and memorabilia. Additionally, each restaurant has a custom hand drawn and painted mural from the company's HQ in Jacksonville, FL. Each mural is unique and no two locations have the same mural. In 2005, Chris and Robin Sorensen established the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation to provide funding, life-saving equipment and educational opportunities to first-responders and public safety organizations. The foundation has donated more than $44 million to hometown heroes in 49 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
