Sizzler is a popular American chain restaurant that serves steak, seafood, and salad. They offer a warm steakhouse atmosphere and a surprising variety of dishes, and was once famous for offering an unlimited salad bar in the late seventies and early eighties. The once-bankrupt company now owns over 270 locations in the western US, Australia, Canada, China, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand, though all international locations are now owned and operated by a separate company.

Sizzler is privately owned, and dates back all the way to 1958. They are best known for their well-seasoned, delicious meats, and exciting variety of salads. In the eighties, many restaurants even kept in-house meat cutters that would handle the butchering of raw meat. They are also well known for their food trucks and former upscale brand, Buffalo Ranch Steakhouse.

They have dine-in, pickup, and delivery available at most locations. Lunch and dinner are served. Those attempting to avoid red meat can order Sizzler's large catalogue of chicken and seafood dishes, including wings and several uniquely seasoned chicken meals. Vegetarians can enjoy their salads and fries.

Sizzler was founded in 1958 as Del's Sizzler Family Steak House in Culver City, CA.
