Since 2014, Noah’s has been owned by JAB Holding Company and BDT Capital Partners. JAB is a German conglomerate headquartered in Luxembourg; they also own Peet's Coffee, Mighty Leaf Tea, Krispy Kreme, Panera Bread, Au Bon Pain and many other restaurants, along with several fashion stores and fast-food locations.
