We have one and love it.  Takes a bit of practice, but you can make pizza as good as your local restaurant.  Buy the dough from Traders Joes, Whole Foods, etc or make your own.

Their multi-fuel Karu 12 is a very capable pizza over, but the effort to keep wood burning and the minimal amount of flavor it imparts, makes it not practical.  You also need to get the propane adapter for it.
