How to access Jack in the Box offers on the app

1. Download the Jack in the Box app. [iOS] [Android]
2. Sign in, or create an account.
3. If you’re creating an account, enter your name, email, and password as well as your zip code. You can choose if you want to receive promotional emails and offers from Jack in the Box.
4. Once you’ve clicked Register, Jack in the Box will send you a confirmation email. Once you confirm your email, you may sign in on the Jack in the Box app.

6. An intro will play the first time you open the app. It will show you how to navigate the app.
7. If you let the app find your location, it will locate the nearest Jack in the Box for you.
8. On the home page, click on Offers & Deals. From here you will have the option to tap on Offers or Deals. Offers are exclusive to the app, while Deals are not. You can use either to find eligible coupons.
9. Once you find a coupon you want, tap on the coupon then tap Redeem Offer.
10. Select a store, and order what you’d like to eat. The coupon will be automatically applied to your total purchase.

How to access and use your Jack in the Box rewards account on the website

1. Go to the Jack in the Box app.
2. Click Offers on the top bar.
3. Enter your email address or mobile phone number. Entering your phone number is not mandatory.
4. Enter the required information, such as your email address and name. On the bottom left, while you see the loading screen, you can click Get a Free Burger to receive a coupon for a free burger.
5. From there you can find offers and deals as well as your account information on the homepage.
