This is essentially the new entry level MacBook. This model is smaller and the screen may be too small for some people. The Apple 11-inch MacBook Air Closeout Sale is slim and light, making it very portable and easy to carry, allowing you to be more flexible where you want to use your laptop. Although it may be small, it doesn't lack the power.

This laptop comes with a fast dual-core i5 processor and a 64GB solid state drive. Booting up and loading programs up is fast. The MacBook Air is now a better deal than the entry level MacBook Pro. The entry level MacBook Pro has a faster processor but without an SSD, it runs slower.

Downside is that storage space is only 64GB. If you have lots of data, you'll have to use another way to save your files such as an Network-Attached Storage (NAS), external hard drive, or a cloud based solution

The Apple 11-inch MacBook Air Closeout Sale does not have a DVD drive also making it harder to install software from disks and watch DVDs. An optional external one is available.
