This T-Mobile-branded Asus RT-AC68U Dual-band Wireless-AC1900 Gigabit Router is one of the best 802.11ac routers on the market. Not only can the CellSpot leverage T-Mobile's Wi-Fi calling feature, but it can also serve as an excellent whole-home wireless router.

It has a custom firmware load that prioritizes WiFi calling, but that can be replaced with the standard firmware or other custom firmware like Merlin.
